Picking Coordinator

Coordination of daily operational business in picking and ensuring smooth processes Technical contact person for our employees and support with questions and challenges in daily work Overview of ongoing processes and ensuring timely and reliable picking interface function between pickers, adjacent areas and department management Conducting regular coordination and alignment meetings and consistent follow-up on open topics Active participation in our continuous improvement process (CIP) and implementation of optimization measures Support onboarding, qualification and further development of our employees Conducting feedback talks and promoting appreciative and performance-oriented collaboration Ensuring and monitoring applicable occupational safety, quality and hygiene requirements (HACCP) Support in application and hiring process Participation in creation and coordination of vacation, shift and production schedules

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in logistics or comparable qualification
• Ideally first experience in coordination or leadership of employees
• Enjoy taking responsibility and supporting employees in daily operations
• Experience in automated warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage
• Proficient use of warehouse management systems and MS Office
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and reliability
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and confident demeanor
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively drive improvements
