Independent consulting and support of our customers on all electrical engineering topics; Active sales and needs-based consulting in inside sales; Support and consulting of our skilled tradespeople; Preparation of individual offers and their follow-up through to successful order processing; Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries; Recording and handling of complaints in your area of responsibility; Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new customers; Coordination of internal and external contacts; Close cooperation with our field service and internal departments.

Successfully completed commercial, technical or craft training (e.g. as industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, electrical technician or master craftsman); Ideally professional experience in electrical engineering or electrical wholesale; Technical interest and enthusiasm; Passion for sales and enjoyment of active selling; Negotiating skills and strong closing ability; Customer- and service-oriented mindset; Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft 365; Strong communication skills and confident, friendly demeanor; Structured, independent and reliable way of working; Team spirit, organizational talent and a high degree of initiative.
