Apprenticeship as an Event Management Clerk

The three-year programme is a recognised apprenticeship. You will design and organise events, ensure their smooth execution, calculate costs and handle commercial tasks related to planning, implementation and follow-up.

• Develop concepts tailored to target groups.
• Organise and run events and then evaluate their success.
• Look after customers before and during events.
• Handle commercial preparation and follow-up.
• Acquire events and customers and develop marketing and advertising measures.

Intermediate school-leaving certificate or Abitur. Good manners and a friendly, open manner. Team skills and flexibility, including willingness to work on weekends and public holidays. Very good German and good English skills. Ideally, a basic understanding of business and an interest in legal matters.
