Service Assistant - Car Dealership

For our car dealership, we are looking for a Service Assistant (m/f/d) at the Pforzheim location at the earliest possible date.

• Personal and telephone customer care and information
• Appointment scheduling for our workshop
• Preparation of orders for the service area
• Creation of evaluations using various IT systems and general administrative tasks
• Trustful cooperation with the sales and service team

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as an automotive management assistant or from the hotel industry
• Professional experience in service or an assistant function desirable, automotive background an advantage, but lateral entry also possible
• Lateral entrants from the hotel industry also welcome
• Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office products
• Organizational talent, high team and communication skills
• Friendly, confident demeanor in customer contact
