Apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant

Starting in September 2027, you will complete an apprenticeship in office management at Schwabengarage GmbH. You will gain insight into administration, human resources, accounting and controlling within an automotive retail company.

• You support order processing, data maintenance, analyses, sales, customer service and accounting.
• You contribute to projects and support their implementation in daily business.
• You organize and coordinate business and office administration processes.
• You work with modern office applications and digital systems.

• You are interested in commercial processes and organizational tasks.
• You work in a structured way and stay organized when handling several tasks.
• You enjoy working with numbers and business matters.
• You are confident using common Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliability, organizational skills and attention to detail are among your strengths.
• You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills.
• You have a good intermediate secondary school certificate, university entrance qualification or equivalent qualification, or are about to obtain one.
