Automotive Business Apprenticeship

An automotive business apprenticeship at EF S Automobile GmbH in Filderstadt, starting on 1 September 2027. The company sells Škoda and Volkswagen vehicles and provides workshop, parts, accessories, finance and other services. You will learn how the business and technical sides of a car dealership work.

• Get to know the different areas of a car dealership and discover your strengths.
• Understand what happens behind the scenes and how all departments work together.
• Organize and coordinate daily business processes.
• Take on your own tasks early and gain practical experience.
• Learn about the workshop and develop your technical understanding.
• Develop skills across service, sales, marketing and administration.

• You are enthusiastic about cars and want to understand how a car dealership works.
• You enjoy working with people and communicating with customers and colleagues.
• You are interested in business tasks and how businesses work.
• You are organized, keep track of tasks and are good with numbers.
• You are confident using common Microsoft Office applications.
• You enjoy working in a team and contribute actively.
• You have, or are about to obtain, a Mittlere Reife, Abitur or equivalent school leaving qualification.
