In your apprenticeship you learn everything you need to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert (m/f/d) for trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics you develop into a real sales talent. Start of apprenticeship: 15.08.2027. Duration: Salesperson (m/f/d) - 2 years, Retail Merchant (m/f/d) - 3 years. Salary: between 1,090 € and 1,270 € per month in the 1st apprenticeship year.
What You'll Learn
- On the sales floor: You ensure our sales area always looks top: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
- At the checkout: You are the pro at the checkout – you scan quickly, keep track and ensure a smooth checkout for our customers.
- In consulting: You know what's trending, recognize individual customer needs and find the products that perfectly fit their daily life.
- In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone. Together you rock the store.
- When you have completed your apprenticeship, you will be taken on in a permanent employment relationship with good performance. With us you can advance professionally – and maybe one day run your own store!

- You are a true team player and motivated to help everywhere – whether at the checkout, at the shelf or in consulting.
- You have a feel for trends and like to respond to customer wishes.
- You are a communication talent and enjoy working with people.
