• You take on a central role in ensuring a customer-oriented and legally secure drinking water supply. In this task, you design and optimize processes related to water house connections and metering, working closely with customers, installation companies and internal departments.
• Your tasks include the technical evaluation of connection requests and the definition of connection concepts.
• You are responsible for the overall control and monitoring of service providers in the area of meter service.
• You also handle complex customer concerns in complaint management.
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes as well as participation in digitalization and automation projects are also part of your area of responsibility.
• You contribute to the further development of standards, guidelines and technical specifications.
• You also support projects to ensure an economical and future-proof water supply.

• You have a completed degree in civil engineering, supply engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Ideally you already have professional experience in water management, network connection technology or metering point management
• You have knowledge of relevant regulations and technical rules (e.g. DVGW regulations, DIN standards)
• You are also confident in using MS Office and ideally have knowledge of SAP as well as GIS or network information systems
• You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• In addition, you have strong communication skills, a confident demeanor towards customers, authorities and service providers, and a high sense of quality and responsibility
