Process Manager Work Management & Metering Systems

You analyze, design and optimize business processes, interfaces and services for the distribution network operator market role with focus on work management and the handling of conventional and intelligent metering systems.

• You analyze, design and optimize business processes, interfaces and services for the distribution network operator market role with focus on work management and the handling of conventional and intelligent metering systems
• You support processes in ongoing operations in SAP IS-U, assist users and continuously develop existing workflows
• You analyze and evaluate new process and product requirements, assess their feasibility and create effort estimates in close coordination with our clients and IT
• You translate technical requirements into concrete IT system requirements and contribute to the creation and elaboration of user stories
• In agile and classic projects you take responsibility for work packages and work closely with specialist departments, IT and other stakeholders
• You identify optimization and digitalization potentials and actively shape the further development of our process and system landscape

• You have a completed university degree, for example in business informatics, business administration, energy management or engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in the energy industry and sound knowledge of energy industry and regulatory processes
• You know the processes and terminology of metering, for example meter changes, OBIS/register, gMSB and metering location. Experience with handling processes for intelligent metering systems is an advantage
• You bring practical experience with SAP IS-U or SAP S/4HANA; knowledge of the SAP IM4G module is an advantage
• You have experience in analyzing and designing business processes and ideally bring knowledge of energy industry mass market processes and requirements management
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner, can convey complex technical relationships understandably and convince with communication skills and a strong customer and service orientation
