Project Engineer Infrastructure

EnBW Kernkraft GmbH is looking, as soon as possible, for a project engineer for infrastructure in the decommissioning department at the Philippsburg site. You shape the infrastructure conditions for large logistics and technical projects in nuclear decommissioning.

• Planning and coordination of infrastructure measures in nuclear decommissioning
• Further development and maintenance of infrastructure routes to ensure logistics processes
• Development of area concepts for buffer storage and provision of radioactive residues
• Monitoring of structural and technical infrastructure measures according to safety, quality and schedule requirements
• Surveys and coordination of conversion and optimization measures
• Use of modern 3D planning tools for infrastructure and logistics concepts
• Creation and maintenance of technical concepts, planning documents and project documentation
• Project control regarding costs, deadlines, resources and technical requirements
• Participation in project planning, milestone tracking and progress reporting
• Risk identification and management in the project context
• Technical coordination for steam generator transports and installation of the container lock in Unit 2 (KKP)
• Coordination with departments, experts, authorities and partner companies

• Completed degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field – alternatively master craftsperson / technician with relevant professional experience
• Experience in planning, implementing or supervising technical projects and infrastructure measures
• Confident use of technical drawings and 3D CAD programs (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
• Experience in project management and in coordinating various project participants is an advantage
• Knowledge of the nuclear environment and radiation protection desirable
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and teamwork
• Confident use of MS Office applications
