Working Student Technical Documentation & Organization

You support our team in processing, updating and quality assurance of technical documents and documentation You revise and update existing technical documents, guidelines and records You check documents for completeness, currency and formal consistency You incorporate changes and corrections into existing documentation You standardize formatting, designations and document structures You coordinate required changes with the responsible specialist colleagues In addition, you independently coordinate with the specialist department

• You coordinate required changes with the responsible specialist colleagues
• In addition, you independently coordinate with the specialist department

• You are an enrolled student, ideally in a technical or scientific degree program, e.g. electrical engineering, energy engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable program
• You have a basic technical understanding and interest in technical documentation, standards and norms
• A very careful, structured and reliable way of working characterizes you
• You are able to independently familiarize yourself with existing documents and documentation structures
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, as well as SharePoint
• You have good German and English skills (at least C1 level) in written and spoken form
• You enjoy independent work and collaboration with technical departments and communicate openly and proactively with specialist colleagues
