Customer Advisor Insurance in the Cooperative Financial Group

In sales at R+V Insurance, you advise the employees of the Cooperative Financial Group on suitable provision and protection. You work from home anywhere in Germany and only travel for a few conferences.

• Holistic provision and protection: you advise our employees and their relatives remotely by phone and video on personal and property insurance. You develop suitable insurance solutions for their life and financial situation.
• Developing customer relationships: you spot opportunities in the existing customer base and win new customers. You pass sales leads on to the responsible contacts at R+V and our partner bank.
• High-quality digital advice: in every conversation you ensure comprehensive, needs-based advice according to R+V quality standards. With modern advisory and sales systems, you run customer appointments efficiently, personally and in a contemporary way.
• Involving expertise: when needed, you bring in R+V specialists to support customers as well as possible. You derive concrete next steps from customer appointments and ensure reliable follow-up.

• Training in insurance, e.g. as an insurance specialist or insurance clerk (m/f/d) – or a comparable qualification
• Some experience in selling personal and property insurance
• Strong customer orientation and a sense for individual needs
• Confident use of digital advisory and sales systems
• Initiative and enjoyment in actively developing customer relationships
• For selected conferences, you bring occasional willingness to travel
