Working Student YouTube & YouTube Analytics

You will manage the “Energie erleben by EnBW” YouTube channel and support YouTube paid campaigns, reporting, dashboard analysis and the development of new ideas for digital communication.

• You manage the YouTube channel "Energie erleben by EnBW" in day-to-day business, upload videos and maintain the published content
• You take part in our paid YouTube campaigns, target videos at the right audiences, manage ads operationally and keep an eye on their delivery and performance
• You evaluate reports and dashboards, prepare relevant key figures and derive recommendations for optimizing our videos and campaigns
• Together with the team you develop new ideas and test approaches to move our YouTube activities forward

• You are an enrolled student of economics, business informatics, data analytics, marketing, media management or a comparable degree program
• Ideally you bring first knowledge of YouTube and/or Google Ads
• You are confident with Microsoft Office and especially have good Excel skills
• You enjoy numbers, think analytically and can draw relevant insights from data
• You are open to new tools and get up to speed quickly and independently in new applications
• You are interested in AI, ideally already have first experience, and want to use your knowledge and ideas to develop content further and make workflows smarter
• You have a good feel for text and language, have very good German skills and work in a structured, careful and independent way, while gladly contributing actively to the team and developing good solutions together
