Working Student, Customer Service & Process Optimization

Supporting the further development of email customer service, analyzing customer inquiries and processes, and optimizing and digitalizing customer service processes.

• You support the further development of e-mail customer service, analyze customer inquiries and process flows and identify potential for improvement
• Test calls after changes to phone routing or language models are part of your tasks
• You also review conversation histories and speech recognition and help further develop an AI tool for automated evaluations
• You prepare results, recommendations and evaluations for the target audience in presentations and documentation
• You actively support workshops, coordination meetings and follow-up of agreed measures and help with organizational implementation
• You carry out research, analyses and organizational tasks in the project environment and contribute your own ideas for process optimization

• You are an enrolled student in business/economics or a comparable degree program
• You are interested in customer service and process optimization
• You grasp complex matters quickly, recognize connections and present results clearly
• Structured and conscientious work and an overview of large amounts of information are among your strengths
• With your confident and friendly communication, you actively approach other people
• Initiative, reliability, an independent way of working and confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, characterize you
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level) round off your profile
