Working Student, Order Control Metering Service

Supporting order control in metering services by entering and maintaining data, ensuring data quality, handling escalation processes and optimizing operations.

• Entering and maintaining data in order management is part of your tasks. You also help ensure high data quality
• You actively support defect and escalation processes for customer installations and help process them
• You prepare technical documents, analyze them and evaluate the results
• Creating presentations and reports is one of your tasks. You also prepare relevant information for the intended audience
• You identify digitalization potential, pursue suitable approaches and support their implementation
• In daily operations you support your colleagues and contribute to smooth order management

• You are an enrolled student in engineering, business administration, computer science or a comparable degree program
• You have a structured and goal-oriented way of working and good analytical understanding
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, is one of your strengths
• Ideally you already have first knowledge of SAP
• Very good German skills at least at C1 level and good communication skills round off your profile
