As the central IT service provider of the Endress+Hauser Group, we work at our locations in Freiburg and Weil am Rhein to provide the group with a reliable and innovative IT environment at all times. Around 30 students and apprentices in various IT professions are in training with us. What is this position about? As a business informatics specialist with a practical focus on Application & Consulting, understand what our business really needs and create smart IT solutions from it. In doing so, you start an exciting journey through our departments with your studies. At the start of your journey, you are shown how our processes in the company work, which large applications we manage for the group, and how the interaction between the Endress+Hauser Group and us as the central IT service provider works. Get to know how we use tools like Office 365 for collaboration and communication or Salesforce (CRM) worldwide – exactly the applications that make our daily work more digital and easier. Take part in an extensive project management training together with your fellow students at our company and try out what you learned directly in your own projects – not just theory, but directly doing it. Afterwards, also be deployed in technically oriented departments, where you step by step check how complex our services for the group are. This allows you to later assess projects more realistically and advise colleagues worldwide really well. During your entire journey, actively collaborate and quickly take responsibility for tasks that have real business impact – i.e., topics where your contribution really counts.
