What You'll Learn
- As a Civil Engineering Intern - Structure-Soil-Structure Interaction within our Nuclear Civil Engineering department, you will work on the design of more than one kilometer of underground galleries, determining the impact of soil and neighboring structures on the galleries during seismic events through a simplified analytical approach.
- For this, you will be involved in the team on the following missions:
- EPR2 project challenges;
- Physical phenomena involved;
- Analytical approach used;
- Numerical modeling tools for buried structure behavior (SSI);
