• You maintain, analyze and prepare compensation and benefits data.
• You support the administration and further development of employee benefits and compensation programs.
• You create evaluations, reports, presentations and decision templates.
• You participate in salary and benefits benchmarking as well as market analyses.
• You support HR projects in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Fleet Management and Employee Experience.
• You maintain and update internal information pages and process documentation.
• You accompany communication measures around benefits, wellbeing and recognition programs.
• You work closely with colleagues from HR, Finance and other departments.

• You are an enrolled student of Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology or a comparable course of study.
• You are interested in HR topics and want to get to know the area of Compensation & Benefits in particular.
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers.
• You have good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• You work in a structured, careful and independent manner.
• You convince with strong communication and team skills.
• You have very good German skills and good English skills in word and writing.
