• You actively work on preparing and cooking dishes for all outlets according to our recipes and specifications - this includes the breakfast buffet, the à la carte restaurant, the banquet department, the club lounge, the bars and lounge, and the employee restaurant
• You prepare the mise-en-place
• You prepare dishes independently at the live cooking station
• You plate dishes and serve them
• At events, you supervise buffets and thus come into direct guest contact
• You order goods with our purchasing department
• In addition, you gain insights into the Food & Beverage Service area and also work actively there sometimes
• You work in the early and late shifts of the respective departments
• After training and under the instruction of your trainers, you already manage your own stations
• You attend vocational school in the block system

• You have completed school education
• You have very good German skills and solid basic knowledge of English
• You have a charming, authentic and warm demeanor, a well-groomed appearance and good expression
• You are a host through and through, and creativity, passion and joy in work are a matter of course for you
• You are a team player and appreciate working in a team
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the hotel industry or gastronomy
