Apprenticeship as Surveying Technician

The three-year apprenticeship combines practical training in the district administration with theoretical training at Cuno Vocational College in Hagen. Possible areas of assignment include the real estate cadastre, property valuation, geoinformation and statistics.

Practical work in areas such as the real estate cadastre, property valuation, geoinformation and statistics. Learning content includes geoinformation and geodata management, collecting and processing geodata, surveying calculations and the use of information and communication systems.

Intermediate secondary school certificate; successful completion of the selection process; physical fitness, including an official medical examination; mathematical skills; carefulness, reliability, willingness to learn and an interest in modern IT.
