The dual study program is modular and includes both theoretical modules at the University of Police and Public Administration NRW in Herne and practical modules at the Ennepe-Ruhr district administration. In total, you will complete four practical modules in the Ennepe-Ruhr district administration in the following areas: Organization, Personnel Law and Personnel Management; Financial Management; Public Order Administration; Benefit Administration. After the third semester, a project phase follows in which you work intensively on a topic with your project group for nine weeks.
