• 🔧 What you learn with us:
• How electricity gets where it's needed, whether in residential buildings, industrial plants or e-charging stations.
• How to install, maintain and repair high-voltage and low-voltage networks and transformers and move safely in substations.
• How to identify and rectify faults in the electricity grid and ensure that our energy grid runs reliably around the clock.

• You will soon have your intermediate school leaving certificate or a good secondary school leaving certificate.
• You find maths, physics & technology exciting, especially when you can try them out yourself on the energy grid on site.
• You are hands-on and not made of sugar – working outdoors in wind and weather doesn't scare you off.
• You are reliable, eager to learn and want to achieve great things together with others.
• Colour recognition is no problem for you (important when working with cables).
• You have a sense of safety at work and for your team.
• Very good German skills (at least B2) round off your profile.
