• How you install, maintain and service mechatronic components such as switchgear, control systems and automation technology in power supply plants.
• How you find and fix faults in our systems so that electricity reaches our customers reliably.
• How you increase the efficiency and safety of power distribution through new technologies.

• You will soon have your intermediate school leaving certificate (mittlerer Schulabschluss) or a good lower secondary school leaving certificate (Mittelschulabschluss).
• You enjoy math, physics & technology, especially when you can get hands-on yourself.
• You are manually skilled, reliable and want to change the energy world together with others.
• You recognize colors perfectly (important when working with cables & components).
• Safety is your top priority for yourself and your team.
• You are eager to learn, careful and keen to familiarize yourself with new technical topics.
• Very good German skills (at least B2) round off your profile.
