About this Apprenticeship
As a working student, you will support the project manager in planning and carrying out an office relocation involving around 800 employees in Munich in spring 2028. You will gain experience in project management across departments and work with HR, IT, facility management, ESG, HSE, communications and the works council. This is a temporary, part-time, hybrid role.
What You'll Learn
- You support the project manager in managing and coordinating the office relocation, helping with project planning and delivery.
- You maintain and track project plans, task lists and milestones so that progress is recorded clearly.
- You prepare project meetings, workshops and coordination meetings and handle the follow-up work.
- You help put environmental, social and governance (ESG) and sustainability measures into practice during the relocation, for example by helping with furniture reuse or waste disposal plans.
- You create presentations, progress reports and documents to support decisions for different audiences, as well as internal updates about the move, such as intranet posts and FAQ documents.
- You help record and maintain relocation, inventory and workstation lists and organise information events and moving activities for employees.
Requirements
- You are enrolled as a student until at least March 2028.
- Some experience in project management or event management is an advantage.
- You have very good organisational skills and a structured approach that helps you keep track of upcoming tasks.
- You enjoy coordinating several topics at once while keeping track of everything.
- You communicate very well and enjoy working with people from different teams and groups.
- You have an interest in technology and enjoy learning about and working with new technologies.
- You use Microsoft Office confidently, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
- You have some knowledge of using AI systems and an interest in new technologies.
- Your German is at least C1 level.
- Your English is at least B2 level.
