Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager

EOS, a global leader in industrial 3D printing, is seeking a full-time employee for its Global Treasury Team in Krailling. The role covers financial reporting, cash planning, financing and financial risks. Hybrid working of up to 50% is possible.

• Take responsibility for preparing, analysing and strategically developing management and bank reporting based on the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
• Prepare the group's rolling 12-month cash plan, continuously improve planning methods and forecast quality, and identify early action to maintain transparency, liquidity and the ability to fund business needs.
• Act as the central link between accounting, controlling and treasury, ensuring integrated and consistent cash analysis across the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow, and use the findings to guide management decisions.
• Design complex scenario, sensitivity and stress tests, assess their effects on credit ratings, financing capacity and resilience to cash shortages, and monitor key financial figures and compliance with covenants and other financing agreement obligations.
• Help shape financing strategies and support the structuring, negotiation and implementation of financing measures and capital market initiatives.
• Analyse and manage interest rate and currency risks across the group, and prepare market analyses to support suitable hedging measures and decisions.
• Develop and implement treasury policies, governance structures and controls to strengthen an efficient and transparent treasury operating model.
• Prepare decision-focused analyses and risk reports adapted to their audience, and handle complex special projects and selected operational treasury tasks to maintain continuity, quality and focused development within the team.

• Completed business administration degree with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification, plus several years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive practical experience in treasury, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, controlling, auditing or management consulting
• Solid experience in integrated financial modelling and a deep understanding of the links between the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow
• Confident use of ERP, treasury and reporting systems, plus a solid understanding of financing agreements, financing markets and relevant business law issues
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, with an independent and structured working style
• Communication in German and English adapted to the audience
