• you manage the entire 360° recruiting process for national and international positions – from initial briefing through screening and interviews to contract conclusion
• you develop creative search and sourcing strategies and actively approach suitable talents via LinkedIn, social media, talent communities, events and other relevant channels
• you find talents that fit not only professionally but also personally to EOS, actively engage with them and accompany them through the entire recruiting process
• you build relevant talent pipelines, use data and market impulses to recognize trends and continuously develop our recruiting process
• you design a candidate experience that is remembered and support our managers as a competent sparring partner

• completed degree, for example in business administration with HR focus or business psychology, alternatively a comparable training or further education with HR focus
• at least two years relevant experience in recruiting, ideally with technical positions
• solid experience in active sourcing and confident handling of modern recruiting tools; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is particularly welcome
• a good sense for people and potentials as well as the ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously in a structured and reliable manner
• strong consulting and stakeholder competence as well as enjoyment in working with managers and international interfaces
• very good communication skills in German and English
