Nursing Assistant - State-Recognized

Generalist training to become a state-recognized nursing assistant, tuition-free with training allowance. Nursing assistants support the care and supervision of people in need of help and care in stable care situations, with self-care and mobility, interaction taking into account life history, with more complex care tasks in coordination with nursing professionals, documentation of nursing measures and in emergency situations. Areas of deployment: senior residences and nursing homes, outpatient nursing services, day care centers, short-term care, rehabilitation, hospitals.

Independent assumption of nursing tasks in stable care situations; support with self-care and mobility; accompaniment of interaction taking into account life history; cooperation in more complex care tasks (e.g. end-of-life care, medically prescribed measures); documentation of nursing measures and transmission of relevant information; appropriate action in emergency situations and teamwork.

Completion of 16th year of age; physical, mental and personal suitability; secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) or equivalent educational level. Additionally: training contract with a training-authorized facility for stationary long-term or outpatient care or acute care; CV; extended certificate of good conduct; sufficient vaccination protection; required German language skills.
