You learn how to care for people of all ages in different phases of life. You learn how to properly care for people with acute and chronic illnesses and support care planning and documentation. You help people with personal hygiene, mobility and disease prevention. You learn a lot about nutrition and hygiene and assist with medication administration. You work in various healthcare facilities, for example in geriatric care or in hospitals. You participate in training and further education.

Intermediate school leaving certificate or equivalent, Abitur or completed vocational training. German language skills at least level B2. Willingness to work shifts and openness to shift work. Sense of responsibility and professionalism. Team spirit and empathy.

Attractive pay according to collective agreement: We apply the binding employment contract guidelines of Diakonie Deutschland. Annual special payment: You receive up to one month's salary as an extra payment per year.
