Conventional Lathe Operator / CNC Lathe Operator

SYNEQT GmbH is looking for a conventional lathe operator or CNC lathe operator (m/f/d) at its Marl site. The merger of the infrastructure units in Marl and Wesseling on 01.01.2026 into a new, independent company with about 3,500 employees opens options for future-oriented development.

• Operating and setting up conventional lathes and CNC lathes with Siemens 840D control to produce precision components
• Programming and optimising CNC machines (Siemens 840D) for efficient production
• Machining workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications
• Quality control of the manufactured parts using measuring tools and visual inspection
• Maintenance, care and troubleshooting of conventional and CNC machines
• Working with design and work planning to optimise production processes
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic, lathe operator, or a comparable qualification
• Experience with conventional lathes and sound knowledge of operating and programming CNC lathes (Siemens 840D control)
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring tools
• Knowledge of error analysis and optimisation of CNC programs
• Manual skill, precision and a structured way of working
• Teamwork, reliability and willingness to work shifts
