Foreman Process Engineering & EMSR

Foreman position at Evonik Operations GmbH in Dossenheim, with technical leadership of the EMSR and process engineering team and responsibility for operational readiness and maintenance of production, storage and infrastructure facilities.

• Technical leadership: Leading the EMSR and process engineering team, including organization, development and securing of skills
• Plant responsibility: Ensuring legally compliant operational readiness of all production, storage and infrastructure facilities, and being the contact person for demanding problems with devices, systems and plants
• Standards & optimization: Complying with and improving health, safety, environmental and quality standards (cGMP)
• Maintenance measures: Organizing and carrying out complex maintenance and repair work, also outside regular working hours
• Project involvement: Planning, documenting and contributing to investment and maintenance projects, including SAP-supported processes
• External contractor management: Coordinating, technically leading and quality-assuring external service providers and acting as sponsor for contractors
• Continuous improvement: Quality assurance and continuous improvement (KVP) as well as material management and safe use of all required work equipment

• Technical training: Completed vocational training in the mechanical or mechatronic field with further qualification (e.g. technician/master craftsman)
• Work experience: Several years of experience in maintenance of production facilities, ideally in a regulated environment
• Expertise: Solid knowledge of mechanics, EMSR, plant engineering and maintenance strategies
• Leadership skills: Experience in managing staff and purposefully developing team potential
• Process and safety awareness: Experience in process optimization, cost management and implementing USGQ regulations
• Project and maintenance experience: Expertise in carrying out complex maintenance, repair and project measures
• Soft skills: Independent, solution-oriented work with strong communication skills
