Plant Firefighter with B1 Qualification

• Fire safety inspections as well as checking and maintaining fire protection equipment on site
• Maintenance and care of fire service equipment/vehicles according to manufacturer specifications or special instructions of the plant fire brigade
• Operational duty including rescuing people, firefighting, technical assistance, and operations involving hazardous substances and goods
• Assistance beyond the local area as well as alerting emergency personnel and warning people at risk
• Participation in preventive fire protection
• Service tasks/support for the departments

• Successfully completed career training of the intermediate fire service (B1 qualification) or completed training as a plant firefighter NRW recognized
• Several years of professional experience as a plant firefighter or professional firefighter desirable
• Driving licence class B, C, CE desired, and if possible an additional qualification in emergency medical services or plant security
• Team player, fully physically resilient, service-oriented and with strong social skills
• Willingness to continuously train and develop further
• Reliability, entrepreneurial action and independence
• Good physical fitness is mandatory
• Respiratory protection fitness according to G 26.3
• Fitness for deployment in 24h service
