We offer you a varied and high-quality apprenticeship in various professions in natural sciences, technology, logistics, gastronomy and commercial administration. The practical training includes support of all commercial business processes, planning, execution and control of business management tasks, deployment in areas such as marketing, customer service, human resources, materials management, accounting and controlling, familiarization with the functional areas of an international industrial company, use of IT programs as well as presentation and communication techniques, and cross-functional interface between customers, suppliers and the company. The theoretical training takes place at the Hans Böckler Vocational College in Marl.

Technical college entrance qualification / intermediate school leaving certificate or higher school qualification; enjoyment of communication and teamwork; good English and German language skills; good verbal and written expression; interest in commercial and business management contexts; organizational talent and willingness to be flexible; enjoyment of working with digital systems and applications; sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team

Apprenticeship remuneration: already over €1,100/month in the first year, increasing each year, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses.
