2027 Digitalization Management Apprenticeship - Marl

This apprenticeship combines commercial knowledge with IT skills. It lasts three years, starts on September 1, 2027, and takes place at the Marl Chemical Park training site.

• Planning, introducing, and optimizing digital solutions for companies
• Analyzing and optimizing purchasing, sales, and administrative processes
• Working with controlling, sales, purchasing, and human resources
• Evaluating performance indicators and cost-effectiveness analyses
• Selecting and introducing economically viable solutions
• Learning about accounting, calculations, and business processes
• Supporting IT projects
• Completing theoretical training with subject-specific and general education at the Technical and Design Vocational College of the City of Gelsenkirchen

• Intermediate secondary school certificate or higher qualification
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Good English, mathematics, and German skills
• Interest in business relationships
• Enjoyment of challenges and problem-solving

• Interest in computers, software, and digital technologies
