Group Reporting Expert

You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation process of the group, manage intercompany recharges and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the group's reporting processes.

In this context you take on the following activities: - Responsibility and management of the monthly group consolidation process, including consolidation of multiple legal entities in different jurisdictions - Execution of intercompany recharges, reconciliation of intercompany balances and clarification of discrepancies with local finance teams - Uniform application of the group's accounting principles in all reporting units and related advisory support to local finance teams - Preparation of technical papers on complex topics including revenue recognition, impairment testing and accounting for business combinations - Participation in preparation of consolidated management reporting packages for management and board - Support of group budgeting and forecasting process through consolidation of local contributions and execution of group-level adjustments - Guidance of local finance teams regarding group reporting requirements - Ensuring data quality and completeness of local data deliveries as main user of the group's consolidation tool (LucaNet or equivalent system)

University degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent plus a professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent - 3–5 years professional experience in group finance or group consolidation - Sound knowledge of IFRS, particularly regarding group reporting - Experience in preparation or audit of consolidated financial statements in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment - Familiarity with group consolidation tools such as LucaNet, Tagetik, OneStream, HFM etc. - Experience with ERP systems - Very good German and English skills written and spoken
