Consultant Facility Management

As a Facility Management consultant, you are the central partner for our sales team and responsible for the quality of our store locations through active service provider management. You ensure efficient prioritization of faults and compliance with all operator obligations, guaranteeing smooth technical operation on site.

• Comprehensive support of a fixed store area as the central contact on site
• Technical management of our store craftsmen and coordination of external trades to quickly resolve defects from maintenance and inspection reports
• Monitoring of faults in the real estate management system and escalation management
• Close cooperation with the regional refrigeration technician and operational support of refrigeration topics (e.g. data analysis, monitoring of anomalies etc.)
• Link between the internal departments and sales, with close cooperation and direct sparring with the Facility Management department head
• Carrying out key figure analyses and presentations

• Completed degree in Facility Management, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Professional experience in facility management or project management
• Independent, committed and reliable way of working
• Strong self-organization and an interface-oriented approach
• Presentation skills and affinity for key figures
• Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
