Apprenticeship as Educator

We are looking for apprentice educators (m/f/d) for our residential facilities at all locations. Pedagogical support: You assist people with assistance needs of all ages in their daily life, leisure activities, and educational processes. Assistance and support: You plan and organize individual care and support services to strengthen the independence and self-efficacy of clients. Enable participation: You work to realize the social participation of the people we care for. Care: You perform basic care tasks within the framework of holistic care. Documentation: You plan, document, and reflect on your pedagogical and care work.

Secondary school diploma and a completed vocational training of at least two years (e.g., social assistant) or at least three years of full-time professional activity. Or: Technical college entrance qualification or Abitur in combination with a relevant internship (at least 4 weeks or voluntary social/ecological year). Personality: Enjoyment of working with people with disabilities, high social competence, empathy, and sense of responsibility. Teamwork: Motivation to collaborate in a multiprofessional team. Motivation: Willingness to learn and openness to personal development.

You receive an above-average apprenticeship salary (monthly 1400-1600€). We provide you with an experienced practical instructor who accompanies and supports you during your apprenticeship.
