Apprenticeship as Curative Education Nurse

We are looking for trainees in curative education (f/m/d) for our residential facilities at all locations. Educational support: You assist people of all ages with assistance needs in their daily lives, leisure activities and educational processes. Assistance and support: You plan and organise individual care and support services to strengthen clients' independence and self-efficacy. Enabling participation: You work to achieve social participation for the people we care for. Care: You perform basic care tasks within the framework of holistic care. Documentation: You plan, document and reflect on your educational and care work.

Educational support: assisting people with assistance needs of all ages in daily life, leisure and educational processes; assistance and support: planning and organising individual care and support services to strengthen independence and self-efficacy; enabling participation: advocating for social participation of the people we care for; care: performing basic care tasks within holistic care; documentation: planning, documenting and reflecting on educational and care work.

Intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlerer Bildungsabschluss) and a completed vocational training of at least two years (e.g. social assistant) or at least three years of full-time professional activity. Or: (subject-specific) higher education entrance qualification combined with a relevant internship (at least 4 weeks or voluntary social/ecological year). Personality: enjoyment of working with people with disabilities, high social competence, empathy and sense of responsibility. Teamwork: motivation to collaborate in a multiprofessional team. Motivation: willingness to learn and openness to personal development.

You receive an above-average training allowance (monthly €1,400–1,600). We provide you with an experienced practice mentor who will accompany and support you during your training.
