About this Apprenticeship
On the trail of biology's challenges: microbiology, hygiene and quality management are future topics that shape your training as a biology lab technician. Fresenius Medical Care is a world leader in kidney care. Training location: St. Wendel, with assignments at Provadis in Frankfurt Höchst. Vocational school: Völklingen. Training duration: 3.5 years (shortening possible).
What You'll Learn
- Checking our products for microbiological safety
- Monitoring individual production steps for biological purity
- Working on projects to solve process problems
- Monitoring hygiene regulations
- Conducting training sessions, for example "Hygiene in production"
- Developing and establishing new testing methods
- Validating individual production steps
- Checking whether the methods used meet the current state of science and technology
Requirements
- Good intermediate school certificate (Mittlere Reife) or higher school qualification
- High sense of responsibility and independence
- Remarkable drive and motivation
- Exceptionally precise way of working
