About this Apprenticeship
Process planning and control, quality management and programming of mechatronic systems – the most interesting parts of mechanics and electronics combined in a varied apprenticeship at Fresenius Medical Care in St. Wendel. Training location: St. Wendel, vocational school: Sulzbach-Neuweiler. Pay according to the Hessian chemical industry collective agreement.
What You'll Learn
- Making individual or replacement parts by drilling, milling or turning on conventional or computer-controlled machine tools
- Assembling and disassembling small assemblies or systems
- Building and testing pneumatic circuits
- Quality management
- Installing electrical assemblies and components
- Measuring and testing electrical quantities
- Installing and testing hardware and software components
- Programming mechatronic systems
- Setting up, operating and programming production systems
- Monitoring the production process and ensuring quality
Requirements
- Good intermediate school certificate (Mittlere Reife) or higher school qualification
