Ensuring the safe, reliable and economical operation of electrical systems and installations at the Hildburghausen site. Maintenance of technical systems and installations, including building management systems (GLT), fire alarm systems (BMA), nurse call systems, telephone and locking systems, emergency power systems (NEA) and low-voltage main distributions (NSHV). Coordination of maintenance, inspection, servicing and repair measures as well as support in fault and standby services. Management of external service providers and specialist companies including instruction, acceptance of services and invoice verification. Planning and implementation of smaller electrical projects as well as maintenance of technical documentation and test data in the CAFM system Wave. Ensuring compliance with legal, normative and safety requirements, assuming the role of responsible electrical specialist (VEFK) as well as supporting and deputizing for the site/technical management.

Completed electrical engineering training with further education to become an Electrical Master (m/f/d), state-certified Technician (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification. Sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems as well as relevant regulations and standards. Ideally experience with building management systems (GLT), fire alarm systems (BMA), nurse call systems, emergency power systems (NEA) and low-voltage main distributions (NSHV). Experience in managing external contractors and in coordinating and implementing technical projects. Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as strong communication, organizational and team skills. Proficient in MS Office, Class B driving license and willingness to pursue professional development.
