As a management assistant in healthcare, you are the competent contact person for all customers. You learn what really matters in health and experience the practice of this versatile profession first-hand. You face varied challenges: comprehensive advice to insured persons by phone, in branches, or in the field, and case processing in various departments. A modern profession requires contemporary conditions – you work in a progressive environment and are optimally prepared for practical assignments through the teaching of specialist knowledge, IT skills, and communication techniques. Training takes place mainly at the named location, at vocational school, and at other sites in Saxony and Thuringia; therefore you should be open to travel.

Good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or (technical) university entrance qualification (Fachabitur/Abitur). Motivation and willingness to learn continuously and goal-oriented. Team player with open and friendly demeanor. Sensitivity to insured persons' concerns, service orientation, and commitment. Willingness to travel for assignments in Saxony and Thuringia.
