As a clerk in the healthcare sector (m/f/d), you are the competent contact person for all our customers. You learn what really matters in health and experience the practice of this versatile profession first-hand. You will face varied challenges: comprehensive advice to our insured members by phone, in our branches, or in the field, and case processing in various specialist departments. You work in a modern working environment and are optimally prepared for practical assignments through the teaching of specialist knowledge, IT skills, and communication techniques. You learn what AOK PLUS has to offer and can inspire new customers for our health insurance fund. The training takes place mainly at the location named in the job advertisement, at the vocational school, but also at other locations in Saxony and Thuringia. Therefore, you should be open to travel.
