As a Management Assistant in Healthcare (m/f/d), you are the competent contact person for all our customers. You learn what really matters in healthcare and experience the practice of this versatile profession firsthand. Various challenges await you. Comprehensive counseling of our insured members by phone, in our branches, or in the field, and case processing in various departments are part of it. Since every day is new and different, boredom is guaranteed not to happen. A modern profession also requires contemporary conditions. You work in a progressive work environment and are optimally prepared for practical assignments through the teaching of technical knowledge, IT skills, and communication techniques. You learn what AOK PLUS has to offer and can inspire new customers for our health insurance fund. Your apprenticeship is the first step into professional life. A good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or (technical) high school diploma (Abitur) you already have at the start of the apprenticeship.
