As a management assistant in healthcare (m/f/d), you are the competent contact person for all our customers. You learn what really matters in health and experience the practice of this versatile profession up close. You face various challenges. Comprehensive advice to our insured persons by phone, in our branches, or in the field, and case processing in various departments are part of the job. Because every day is new and different, boredom is guaranteed not to arise. A modern profession also requires contemporary conditions. You work in a progressive work environment and are optimally prepared for practical assignments through the teaching of technical knowledge, IT skills, and communication techniques. You learn what AOK PLUS has to offer and can inspire new customers for our health insurance fund. The training takes place predominantly at the location named in the job advertisement, at the vocational school, but also at other locations in Saxony and Thuringia. Therefore, you are open to travel. You will be trained at regional locations within Saxony and Thuringia.
