Lean Coach

As a Lean Coach, you empower employees to unlock their potential, optimizing their own performance and the value they create for the organization. Additionally, you ensure waste reduction in the plant and increase the efficiency of existing processes.

Increase operational efficiency, productivity, and clarity in organizational alignment. Conduct projects and workshops and coordinate knowledge transfer in collaboration with the lean organization. Embody the lean philosophy: identify improvement potentials, develop solutions, and implement action plans for lean and business optimization. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams and promotion of a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Develop high standards and promote them through personal example. Motivate, train, and coach teams to achieve operational successes.

Completed degree in production, business, or engineering, technology, or a comparable field, or successfully completed vocational training with master craftsman qualification. Several years of proven project experience, ideally in lean transformations, operational excellence, or process optimization in an industrial environment. Six Sigma Green Belt certification with demonstrable application successes. Sound practical experience in applying lean methods (e.g., 5S, SMED, Ishikawa, shop floor management) and professional project management. Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with high self-motivation and implementation strength. Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and at eye level across all hierarchy levels and functions. Exemplary attitude with a strong coaching mindset, high quality standards, and the ability to inspire and empower others. Very good written and spoken English for confident collaboration in an international environment. High commitment, resilience, and a pronounced hands-on mentality with the aspiration to achieve sustainable impact.
