Sales Associate (part-time, min. 30 hours) Bathroom Showroom/Bathroom Planning/Sanitary

In the ELEMENTS bathroom showroom in Bremen, together with skilled trades we accompany the way to a new bathroom. You advise customers personally, develop individual bathroom solutions and successfully close sales conversations. As part of Germany's largest bathroom supplier with more than 270 locations, you benefit from a strong network and a diverse product portfolio. Wanted as soon as possible. • Advise our trade customers and shared end customers on designing their new bathroom.
• Accompany your customers from the first consultation through individual bathroom planning to the realization phase.
• Develop suitable bathroom solutions that combine customer wishes, design, function, budget and technical feasibility.
• Visualize your plans with our digital planning tools and present suitable products from our diverse range.
• Conduct binding sales conversations and consistently follow your offers through to successful closing.
• Process customer, offer and order data in our merchandise management system.
• Coordinate the planned bathroom solutions with skilled trades and internal contacts so the plan becomes a feasible bathroom project.

• A completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally in retail, wholesale or plumbing/heating/air-conditioning trades.
• Solid initial experience in consulting-intensive sales and confidence in conducting and closing sales conversations.
• Experience with merchandise management systems and the ability to quickly learn new programs, products and processes.
• An independent and structured way of working and willingness to work regularly on Saturdays.
• Nice to have: experience in bathroom planning, in the sanitary field or with a digital planning program.
