Team Lead Production Planning

• Monitoring and further development of rough and detailed planning of all production-relevant orders and ensuring correct prioritisation
• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Production Planning team
• Capacity and resource balancing to ensure smooth processes including reporting and creation of evaluations
• Optimisation of processes and production runs in close coordination with relevant interfaces
• Support of changes, special parts and start-ups within ongoing order processing
• Analysis and improvement of throughput times and planning quality
• Support with technical queries from production and assembly
• Participation in continuous improvement processes and projects (e.g. Lean Management, CIP)

• Completed technical or technology-related degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering) or technical vocational training with further education as a technician/industrial foreman
• Experience in leading and developing a team
• Several years of experience in production planning
• Structured, detail-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
• Hands-on mentality in day-to-day operations
• Team player, strong communication skills and cross-functional thinking
• Confident use of SAP (PP module), ideally including production control and capacity planning
