Mechanical Design Engineer - 400 & 500 Design Conveyors

The GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group is one of the leading providers of material flow and in-house logistics systems. Position starts immediately, full-time.

• Standardization and modularization of our conveyor technology
• Reduce variants and build reusable assemblies
• Optimize existing products for cost, assembly and quality
• Design and calculate components and parts
• Coordinate solutions with production, assembly and suppliers
• Support prototypes, tests and order-specific special solutions

• Solid experience in independent design of conveyor technology desirable
• Understanding of economical, manufacturing-friendly and standardized designs
• Experience with standardization, modularization and modular systems an advantage
• Knowledge of a 3D CAD system, ideally Autodesk Inventor
• SAP knowledge an advantage
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working
