Apprenticeship in hearing acoustics with personal customer support, modern hearing-aid technology, technical craftsmanship, and hearing tests and measurements.

• You support customers personally on site, from the first conversation to the moment when they can hear better again.
• You learn about the structure and function of the ear and what good hearing has to do with our body and perception.
• You work with the latest hearing-aid technology and learn about AI-supported hearing systems, among other things.
• You learn the technical craft, from presetting hearing systems and taking ear impressions to milling earmolds.
• You conduct hearing tests and measurements using modern technology and learn how to correctly interpret the results.
• Together with customers, you find solutions that suit their everyday lives and personal needs.
• You work in a team and gradually take on more responsibility.

• You are curious and enjoy constantly acquiring new knowledge, from ear anatomy to modern hearing technology.
• You enjoy working with people and take pleasure in listening, asking questions, and finding good solutions together.

• You work reliably and carefully and keep agreements.

• You are enthusiastic about the connection between people, craftsmanship, natural sciences, and modern technology.
• You have an intermediate school-leaving certificate, a very good lower secondary school certificate, or are about to obtain one.
• You speak German at least at B2 level so that you can communicate confidently in the specialist store and at vocational school.
