- Take an active part in cross-department projects and gain valuable practical experience
- Work during training in areas including: purchasing, internal warehouse, production planning, Continuous Improvement (CI), logistics, quality assurance, Human Resources (HR), controlling, accounting, IT, occupational safety and environment (HSE) and sales
Requirements
- Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or Sekundarabschluss I
- Good school grades in German, English and mathematics
- Team spirit and enjoyment of working together
- Curiosity and openness to new challenges

- Pay under the IG Chemie Niedersachsen pay scale (year 1: 1211 €, year 2: 1275 €, year 3: 1341 €)
